Finance Officer for all-round tasks in a varied finance function
Reporting to the Finance Manager and sparring with the entire organization on a daily basis, you will be challenged with exciting and sometimes fast-paced workdays. You will be part of the finance team and have a number of varied tasks within bookkeeping and payroll.
The position involves a wide range of financial tasks within bookkeeping, finance and accounting. You are expected to have a good all-round bookkeeping background and thrive on varied tasks so that you can always support where help is needed most. If you have experience with payroll for hourly employees – including time registration and collective agreements – it would be an advantage. The finance department also handles accounting, budgeting, controlling, etc. which can be included in your tasks on an ad-hoc basis if you are interested.
As a person, you are gifted, outgoing, enterprising and have a good eye for optimizing daily routines so that your time can be spent on value-adding tasks. You are professionally skilled, thorough and like to work in a structured and independent way. The department is very busy, so it’s important that you are robust and can keep an overview of the tasks.
Your strong IT skills are used daily and you are a skilled user of ERP systems (preferably C5) and Excel, and possibly Visma payroll system.
Your background for applying for this position is based on similar jobs in finance functions, so you are ready to assist the finance team in as many situations as possible so that there is back-up on the tasks in case of vacation, illness, etc. You have a good relevant financial education that gives you the necessary theoretical ballast to do the job. If you have experience with a manufacturing company that is project-oriented, this will be an added advantage.
