Production Coordinator
Production Coordinator
Get an overview in production - ERP implementation
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be an important part of the production management team, where your primary focus areas are to create an overview of the overall production capacity, including the creation and maintenance of production plans, resource management and coordination with external subcontractors in the overall process flow. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system (Business Central) and subsequently ensure project and production management in the system.
You will have a highly visible and cross-organizational role, where you report on individual projects and ensure that tasks are progressing. This means that in everyday life you create a “helicopter view”, while at the same time being visible in production and naturally seeking knowledge about the individual projects and production status. Therefore, it is also important that you create a good basis for production registrations and follow up on them regularly.
The position is newly created, and there are therefore good opportunities to make your own mark on everyday tasks, where there will be a particular focus on establishing a production that is supported as much as possible by ERP information and digitalization. As P. Lindberg Industri is growing a lot, it can also be a position that forms the basis for a production management role.
In the selection process, we will especially emphasize:
- Experience in ensuring production and capacity plans are updated and kept up to date
- Super user on ERP system, preferably Business Central or Navision
- Natural poise to ensure execution and completion of tasks
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Danish and English
You have a relevant professional education that gives you the necessary ballast to do the job – preferably as a blacksmith, industrial technician or similar, followed by a theoretical education as a production technologist or P-Engineer and then at least 2-3 years of work with similar tasks. If your experience has been gained in a production company that focuses on small series of highly complex parts, this will be an added advantage. You have demonstrated through your efforts that you are passionate about the tasks and are motivated by being able to make a difference.
