Customer specific solutions for the wind industry
You will find employees who have more than 20 years of experience in the design and manufacture of customer specific solutions for the wind turbine industry. We are specialists in wind industry and the design and production of special constructions.
Through dialogue between process specialists and our design department, we have developed special equipment, i.e. for handling wind turbine blades in a single production flow. This includes the preparation of complete CE documentation, according to the Machinery Directive. Today this equipment is adapted and equipped for our customers in production units all over the world.
In addition, we have manufactured steel structures and molds, which are part of the production of wind turbine blades. We can help with several different areas, for example:
- Swivel function
- Lifting function
- Wing handling
- Molds
- And much more!
We are skilled at concept development and developing new designs and prototypes within a short time frame, and we always deliver on time! Most important is the close cooperation between us and our customer, which produces good results.
Better climate footprint through green transition
More and more people today are requiring documentation with regards to the green transition and insight into what our climate footprint is like. Often this is actually a requirement and is the reason we have a lot of focus on our ISO certificates, which is the foundation in all our processes. It is one of the driving forces for us to reduce our climate footprint.
We try, as much as possible, to affect the environment as little as possible, in relation to CO2 emissions from our production. Our plan is to be self-sufficient in the future. One of the first steps we are taking in that direction is the installation of solar panels, so that we can reduce the consumption of electricity.
As part of our production, sorting our waste is high priority. It is both one of the requirements in relation to our certifications, and also an important value for us as a company, to contribute to this kind of sustainability. We take care of our customers, ourselves and our future.
